What You're Responsible For
As a tenant, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your home clean and in good condition

• Changing air filters monthly

• Lawn maintenance (unless otherwise noted in your lease)

• Promptly reporting any maintenance issues or damage

• Paying rent on time (we make that easy—see below!)
